Had an issue with a stove that was bought from the Murray St Store and covered by Product Care with an extended warranty/replacement. The insurers agreed to replace the stove, so went to the store to organise the replacement, and were assisted by a very helpful salesman, Chami. His patience and help with contacting the insurers, sorting out exactly what was covered, delivery, connection of the new one and removal of the old one was fantastic. One and a half hours and numerous phone calls later (waiting in queues) and it was all sorted.
was going to buy a used washing machine from a second hand store but after driving to the store three times in a week and the place was always closed, I went here instead.
