Zero service. Would give No stars if I could. Have been given the runaround all day after they took money from my card for an item, but then cancelled my order. Now telling me MY card was misused.Edit: After being treated like a criminal all day, I finally got told that my order got caught up in the middle of some fraudulent activity, hence why nobody would answer my questions. No management will get back to me. Disgusting service. Would give - stars if I could!
Went in on Monday around 12.20pm went to print out my kids passport documents and take their photos...Waited a bit but then got attented to. The lady was hesitant to take my 3yo photos and refused to take my 1yo photo saying oh um yeah nah maybe take her somewhere else I don't do kids... 3yo as they do, she was wriggling a bit and trying not to smile but there were worthy shots there. I felt like the woman was a bit un-cordinated... She then went to print the images and LOL she gave me ones where my daughter was looking away... I told her that these will not be accepted as per passport office guidelines and she is clearly not looking at the camera and she went um yeah alright then your best to go get them done somewhere else. To be honest it looked like she couldn't be bothered to start with. If staff are taking passport photos they should be trained as per guidelines, this woman clearly wasn't and I could've got denied had I listened to her. As for my doc's when I got to the post office they said the bottom was cut off and that being an official document they won't accept so yay for me I had to hand write 2 forms and there was no point of my trip to office works !!!!!
Very disappointing order process. I recently visited the store to purchase a cube shelf. They only had it in black, and was informed the oak that I preferred was arriving in 2-3 weeks. I was advised, that if I made an order for it and paid for it then, the cube shelf in oak would arrive in a couple of days, as it was a private customer order. Great! I ordered and paid. After a week I called both the store and their tracker department. I learned my order was not put in until several days after I had placed it, and consequently missed the dispatch. I must now wait for the bulk store dispatch, the cube shelf arriving at the store in two weeks time. For that stuff up they should deliver it me direct.
Amazing service from the print team. last minute job before a public holiday. Was printed and delivered within 2 hours...THANK YOU!
