About a ten minute wait-in-line, not surprising considering it was an hour before closing. Serving staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Terrible service , the lady was really rude and not helpful
Had heard a lot about long wait times, but was fine when I went. There was about 5 people in the queue in the afternoon and the queue moved quickly. The staff member I had was knowledgeable and helpful
Not certain about other staff but, i the customer service I received was totally unnecessary and inappropriate for this type of work space especially. I would expect much more from a receptionist or a person dealing with people on a day to day basis. Dont hire people if they can't present themselves with an appropriate manner. This is service Tasmania.
I have visited here multiple times in a month for services like vehicle registration, rental bond deposit, work with vulnerable people check, etc. Generally the staff here are helpful and polite but sometimes a bit indifference maybe they are tired- I can understand. Compared with other states' service dept, Tassie is far more desirable due to its quick service speed and a good result.
