Pretty slack customer service. Was there for 15 minutes and there were no staff in the store at all. Nobody came out even when I was shouting 'is anybody here?!'

This is my go-to store for my fishs' needs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the various products and fish they stock. There's a good selection of products for dogs to reptiles. Though it's not the cheapest place the quality of the product and service makes up for it. One of the filters I'd received from them previously was faulty but they were happy to give me a refund/replacement. Even if you don't aim to buy anything in particular, it's a treat to look around in. They also have cats for adoption, and dogs are allowed inside on a leash. It's simply pleasant and a relaxing environment.
