I have been into this store once a year for four years in the hope that the customer service has improved. Again today I was let down. Went in with my son to purchase four pairs of crocs for our January holiday. The staff member was not very helpful and had to be asked to help locating sizes. She was also not interested in assessing the fit despite being asked. As soon as another lady came into the store she proceeded to ignore us. Sadly I will now be spending my money interstate.....again.
