One of the better bars in North Hobart. Great beer garden in the summer, decent wood fire in the winter. Food is a pass.

Seriously good nosh at the Republic! Excellent menu with lots of GF choices. Im always impressed with the meal quality and its great value for money. The ambience is relaxed and I also quite enjoy the people watching.

This is one place that I've been going to and will continue to go for years to come. They have some amazing gigs, the staff is always friendly and the food is also fantastic ! With a beer garden out the back and groovy friendly atmosphere all around. One of Hobart trendiest pubs!
