Hot water with brown grit.
Service was unprofessional and lacklustre. Firstly we asked for a bottle of cider and it was served hot. Thankfully they took it away and didnt charge us for it. Secondly we asked for a toasty only to receive a very small toasted sandwich because the staff had run out of larger bread. The only good thing was the staff recognised that theyd stuffed up and they gave us a discount. I do believe we came on a bad day for the cafe but it was still disappointing.
Nice location. The coffee was quite bitter, our chai latte contained barely any chai, the strainers were dirty and the teapot leaked. This all up cost $11. Overpriced for the standard of drinks served.

Lovely staff and atmosphere. The mulled wine was a little too sweet with lots of pulp, but still nice. Delicious complimentary bread with it too.
