Dr Ian (as my children call him) is thorough and kind. One of my children has needed care for a number of years, outside of routine checkups. Dr Gurner has made sure that we understood what was required and the reasons why. Some of the procedures have been invasive, yet my sons are still excited to go. I overheard Master 7, telling his Grandfather that "Dr Ian is always very careful with me" and for us this is the most important thing.
