Terrible. Unless you need a medical certificate or a referral, this GP farm is useless. High turnover of doctors means no continuity and whoever you see doesn't care about you, they just want you in and out as fast as possible. They're always running 10 minutes late, my longest delay was 50 minutes. Reception will never tell you about a delay or how long you'll have to wait, only that "you'll be seen shortly". Go anywhere else, this place is the worst.
Extremely poor attitude, despite filling up the form and providing proof of identity along with health care card, the doctor decide he was a total genius and never bothered to check with me my own personal details.When I noticed and raised the issue, I was told I can still use the prescription. I am not sure why he was acting "oversmart" and showing total disrespect. I will give negative ratings and will not visit this place again. A total waste of time, money and energy.
The allied health professional who I see at City Doctors is fantastic, however Ive found the reception staff to be rude and very unpleasant on the whole, with the exception of one or two. Ive also had terrible experiences with after hours reception staff, who have given me incorrect information and been really rude during times when Ive felt unwell and vulnerable.
Been here a few times due to availability. Nice and friendly doctors, but never going back again... Doctor sends bulkbill to reception, the receptionist did not do a proper job by clicking the wrong button. Had to pay $75 for my little son. Not happy but I can live with it... But it's the receptionist attitude, could have been nicer and apologising, it only takes a little bit to give a good or bad impression I think, it's not hard...
These guys are a rip-off! I went to the "travel clinic" as I am going overseas. I spent 10mins there to find where I'm going I don't need anything other than the flu shot which I've already had and they charged me $150! As someone who has been there multiple times and they did nothing they could have bulk billed the appointment or at least charge a standard consult fee which is half the price. I will be finding another clinic in future as I feel like I've been conned
