Caring doctors and lovely practice staff
Absolute rubbish 45 mins later still waiting. Absolutely useless. I turn up on time and expect the same courtesy not almost an hour late
Staff are fantastic and doctors really take the time to go through everything with you. Some doctors run behind frequently, however, if you call up before your appointment the receptionists will let you know how far behind they are running and what time you should come in so your not jay sitting around and waiting. Very friendly!
They don't bulk bill anymore
