I love this place. Its a great studio to train in, heaps of different classes to choose from with awesome instructors that really know their stuff. The staff and students at diamond class made me feel very welcome from the start. Its a great way to gain fitness, super-power strength, flexibility, confidence and new friendships. Id be there everyday if I could.
The classes are fun, great exercise. The girls are so lovely and down to earth. It's a great atmosphere and such a great place to have some fun, enjoy some me time and see yourself improve with each week.
