Very conveniently placed and has good cardio machines! Not overcrowded and has a good variety of equipment. Sometimes some facilities are out of order, but can't be helped.

Bikes touchscreens haven't worked for six months. Notified, no action taken yet.
Wont allow me to cancel my membership! Wont respond to numerous requests to cancel, Gym is like an oven which is nice in winter, not so nice in summer. If I knew it would be so hard to simply cancel a membership I wouldnt have signed up in the first place.
Gym and facilities are awesome, polices and procedures need some work.
