I agree with previous review, this firm are out for every cent not the interest of the client. I called to make an appointment today and because an account had been paid late 2012/13 this firm refused to make me an appointment. Good there are other firms in Hobart I can pay up front now that I am financial.
Nothing but a disaster using their services. Simple tasks are turned into daunting events dragged over weeks and they do not care. Terrible customer service, avoid them and look elsewhere. PS: They will squeeze every cent out of you like a lemon.
