2 Indian guys - seemed to be working flat out. Service was good and I received my pizza very promptly. Thankyou Dominos
I called the store Christmas Day around 9:25 pm. I am from Melbourne and on holiday in Hobart. I inquired about a meat lovers pizza and the person who answered the phone stated they dont have that. I then asked if they had sausage, bacon, and ground beef that could be put on the pizza and he said no. When I asked if they deliver and he hung up the phone. My concern for Dominoes is that if they have meat lovers pizza on the menu they at a minimum should have had some meats in stock. Also to deliberately hang up on a customer is rude and shows the employee is either not trained or does not know how to react when he (or the company Dominoes) does not want to fill a customer order because it was close to their quitting time. I like Dominoes pizza but decided that even though it would have been convenient to get a pizza there considering it was in close proximately to my hotel, I would not want to fund a company that lacks professionalism as this reflects on how there food also is provided for to their customers.
Had an open debate with a drunk girl why milk is for babies and why cheese is bad for you. Shop attendent asked if I wrote blogs, which was a decent compliment
One of the guys at the store has no customer service etiquette at all (9/11/2018 around 10:40 pm). When he asked for my name when the pizza was done, I gave him the money and he just dumped the change onto the pizza box and immediately went on to the next customer like I didnt exist. Iv had other friendly staff serve me here but this was one was super off putting. Customer service compliments good food but this wasnt the case.
This evening I ordered Lava cakes from this outlet and as I put a spoon full of that Lava cake into my mouth I nearly needed to vomit. I ran to the sink and spat it out and it smelled like rotten fish oil, or a similar smell like stale nuts which had been rotting in a plastic bag. Look guys-- to put something into a paper wrap, packed in a cardboard box, driven through a city to an address by a good delivery guy and appraised by advertising on TV -- damn it better be a good product. But it was not - it was disgusting. Better go through your Lava cake - used by dates or processes of heating them up. or clean the bloody surfaces you heat them up on, whatever. I paid 25 Dollar for the order and I tell you guys , that was the last order of Domino to my address. The offer of the manager I talked to was nice, but I will not try an offer of something to eat, from an Outlet which just gave me something which was not something to eat at all. Clean your premises, go through your used by dates, lift your game. Did not even want to give a star.
