$4.50 for a salmon avocado sushi... are you kidding me!!?!? Not to mention the charge for the soy sauce and wasabi - that's $5 for ONE sushi!!

This afternoon on my study break I decided to purchase some sushi from the newly renovated bank arcade entrance. I was extremely disappointed to learn that the iconic soy sauce condiment contained in the baby fish bottle was no longer offered when making transaction. This goes the same for the packeted wasabi too.. Instead, I was offered the tiniest squirt of wasabi, which ended in dampening the paper bag, causing it to tear.. For further frustration, I was unable to control the amount of how much wasabi and soy sauce I could put on my sushi rolls; this leading to further paper bag soaking and unwanted mess on my work desk!! Customers should be allowed and have the right to control how much condiment/s, whether soy, wasabi and ginger to enjoy with their sushi rolls when about to consume, rather than having to interrupt customers who are sitting at the table to utilize the soy sauce bottles... To the new alternative take away soy sauce and wasabi options, although they are plentyful; it is difficult to put on the roll, and turns out the wasabi and soy sauce are wasted when finished. As opposed to the sachet of wasabi and bottle of soy sauce, which are much more user friendly and are able to be controlled when placing on the roll.. I wont be purchasing my sushi from here in the near future, for when it comes to condiments it becomes a frustration and hindrance.. Good day.
Refused to let you choose a particular 'roll' due to their "rotation policy" Treated like an idiot as if you didn't know which roll they picked. Appalling customer service. Will never go back besides being a regular since it opened. Would rate it less if possible. Plenty of other sushi places in the immediate vicinity
