Absolute rudeness! The second and final time I will visit that business.My first experience there was appalling, after promising work that could be performed on my vehicle I received a call a few hours later saying that the jobs could not be done due to the vehicle being to old and was yelled at on the phone to hurry up and get my car out of their way. The second time I went back to enquire about a part for a friends car to fix his brakes, I was pretty much laughed out of the shop for even asking for a common part.Both times Ivan served me. How this place even still exists I have no idea. Zero stars!Will spread the word far and wide for people to avoid abs Hobart. What a joke!!!
Joke of a business, charged me $300 just for parts for a service, and apparently performed a "full steering and suspension check up" yet couldn't pick up on the fact that my CV's and ball joints were conpletely worn, was just told "was all fine", took the car in for a 9AM booking and they barely got it out before closing time and had to post me the invoice cause they didn't have time to write it up, luckily I had the common sense to realize i'd been screwed and went and got my car serviced by real mechanics. Never going back.

Entrusted them to make sure my car was roadworthy as well as look after my brakes, (regular checkups) was told I needed a complete replacement of Rotors and Pads as they had been allowed to damage one another, when I asked owner of business how this happened he told me "Most people want to get the most out of their brakes" as the reason why he did not have my rotors turned and pads replaced on the last checkup....also claimed on receipt of checkup to have replaced windshield wipers...which had definitely not been done but was charged.
