Poor service and very expensive. They ALSO managed to engine cover! Claiming it was already gone, even though there was a clear dust-free imprint where it had been.

Ract Hobart what can I say!Firstly customer service from front desk, sort your personal life out and leave your problems at home!!Rude and unhelpful!!!Not only to me over the phone but to the owners of the car being inspected.Car was dropped off the day before and an arrangement was made to have it done first thing.First excuse, inspection guy didnt arrive until 10.30, so theres only one guy within the centre who performs the inspection??Inspection takes two and a half hrs but the car wasnt finished until 4pm?10.30am - 4pm just doesnt add up I even double checked to make sure I didnt make an error?I will never recommend the Hobart centre.Sort out your timing issues with busy customers that go out of the way to use your service centre.
