HELP! How can I get my chair back?? Mark, has had my club chair since July 2015.He doesn't answer the phone or respond to messages. I have made several trips to the workshop and found various staff members there who couldn't give me any information. Finally last christmas I found him at work. He explained that he has had some difficult personal situations and promised my chair would be completed by the end of January, which is now long since past. Writing this review feels like an act of desperation, because what else can I do??Hello google world,I would just like to update my review by saying that since I posted, my chair has been returned and though it was a frustrating process, I have to say the workmanship is really excellent. Mark understood exactly what I wanted and did a couple of extra little things that were just perfect. I appreciated the attention to detail and at last I can enjoy having it in my new home.
