Great service, great product
Looked them up on line, checked the opening times, when down town, found and paid for parking while shopping, went to the shop and they had closed really early,, So I didn't even get to go innot amused
This is the second very positive experience I have had at the slumber shop and with two different staff members. Both times staff have gone above and beyond with efficiency, excellent product knowledge, advice, competitive pricing and "no-bull" salesmanship - the gentleman there even gave me a dollar for my parking meter! Its amazing how a simple thing like good customer service can make your day! Well at least this was my experience.. and plenty of others too by the look
We bought our perfect kingsize bed here over 3 years ago, Gavyn personally designed and built it for us. It is just as good now as when it was brand new. Our new home will see new twin electric beds in it. We have found it miles better to buy locally.
Took a case in that needed a foam insert fitted.Owner probably hadn't had this kind of a request before (?) but helped me find a great fit, exactly what I needed! All done within half an hour (cut/glued/fitted) to my satistaction, and much cheaper than I expected! Offered a small tip as it was not big dollars on my part, and the owner refused on principle! Very happy with the service. Big thanks for helping me out with this.
