Hate being lied too, it seems to be a common theme in Freedom Hobart. Told my couch was in Sydney twice when I have enquired in the past ordered 07.10.18, today I was told it was not yet in Sydney. WHO IS LYING?
Really to have one service staff to help in the lead up to Christmas is pretty poor. People were waiting, so i phoned the store again today to chase up my item ( 9 weeks) and was told they would call back as they only had 1 on again. Missed their call 5 hours later then told by the answering service to check the website. Plus they're learning a new computer program. It's very hard going. Too hard
Rude! Old ladies there need to retire or take a hormone pill. Every visit youre made to feel like you owe them a favour for them allowing you to make a purchase. Have purchased a few times but thinking with this customer service its the last straw. First time I want to collect several things on the same day, small items, most shops you think would be happy. No, I was questioned on why I wasnt more organised and hadnt planned it in advance as it was a bit rushed to get ready on the same day!! $2k spend and belittled, not the best experience! Again today, visited with my sister, she was made to feel like a criminal for her purchases when putting on my account and then when I came to the counter not much better in terms of feeling. I get Freedom has cheap products, it shouldnt mean cheap and rude service though.
