Terrible costumer service. The lady on the phone either did not know the prices, OR she lied on purpose to make me come to the "Gallery".After the hair style, money that they asked me for was way higher that the one discussed over the phone. Calm discussion and explaining did not help and the lady on the register was really AGGRESSIVE. Calm down! No need to scream for $40!A V O I D !!! (or at least, record the phone conversation)
Very disappointed and upset by how rude the ladies at the hair salon were. I am here from Melbourne on a conference and wanted to get my hair done for a party. As a result of a make up appointment running late through no fault of mine, I was 20 mins late to this appointment. Instead of refusing me service, or telling me this prior, they do half of what was promised and charged me for the full hour. Its unfair to not inform a customer of their policy and even more unfair to be very rude about it. In addition to this, she charged me more than what was quoted and then went back on her word. When I tried to argue this, I was threatened to have the police called on me. When I tried to speak calmly and resolve this, they started raising their voices and refused to speak to me further turning their backs on me completely humiliating me. Even if you dont want to do things right from a business perspective, please show some human decency to be respectful to people, especially those who are paying you for your service. Disgusted
