Love this place! Jo always greets and welcomes me by name, even though my son has his hair done far more often than I do :) Bree is just gorgeous. A natural stylist, professional and seriously knows her craft.Recommend without reservation to anyone wanting the best.
I wish I could give negative stars. Booked an appointment two months in advance. Magically someone with my email and name already goes to this salon, was notified and cancelled the appointment. Took a day off work to be asked if I wanted to sit around to wait for an appointment with a hair dresser I didn't book in with. They charge premium prices but have a booking system less advanced than a paper calendar. The staff were nice but that doesn't make poor management acceptable.
Excellent service from the moment I walked in the door. Bronte was friendly, efficient and chose a wonderful colour for my hair. I was impressed by the over all service considering how busy it was (all 20 chairs were full) and the herbal tea was a good quality tea brand and super delicious.
I love coming to Sfumato. The whole team is wonderful and make you feel very welcome. Ive been getting pink hair for years as they are the best with bright colours. Nothing is too much trouble. Recommend to everyone
I absolutely love my haircut by Kellie! I recently moved to Hobart and loved my first haircut with Kellie that I have been back again twice for terrific haircuts and will be a regular now. The service is excellent, staff are friendly and professional and appointments run on time. They have a great range of products too. Highly recommend Sfumato.
