Terrible experience here. The AC in the room wasnt working so a temporary portable system was put in which sounded like a car motor next to my head all night. No communication from the staff about this when I checked in and all I got was you can turn it off if you dont like it. Given its a stuffy room with no natural ventilation this was the wrong response. The lady at the desk took a call and ignored me when I was voicing my displeasure. I wont be back and would not recommend this place to others.

We had an amazing experience at Quest waterfront. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed each and every moment staying there. We all slept well as well as it was just like home. Sue at reception provided the best service ever.
