Very interesting. It is the oldest army barracks in Australia. Well worth the visit.
$5 entry. Excellent exhibits throughout the gaol in cells and offices. Volunteer (Peter) was wonderfully knowledgeable about the building and the whole barracks history. Fascinating to walk among the historic barrack buildings (still operating) afterwards.
