Good service department
I have been to this dealership twice asking for the code to un-brick the radio in my Honda, neither time have I been treated as a valued customer. I need a Honda dealership to run my VIN through their system to give me a code, it is a simple one minute hands off job that I have been denied service to. No staff have so much as looked at my car, in fact not even a literal footstep has been made towards assisting me.
After having a bad experience from the team here I had a follow up call from one of the managers and he was great. If this was my experience from the start they would be getting a five star review but it still got off to a bad start. They have received my feedback well and have promised to make some changes. Sounds to me like they do value their customers and are willing to take on feedback and make changes where need be.
Having recently bought a Honda from a person who had the car serviced here, I wanted to book it in for a service. But it seems that you cannot book a car in for a service there without them 'building up a profile' of you which means handing over a huge amount of your private details to them. FFS, I wanted them to service a car. It is not an interview for a job at ASIO.
Not bad. Service is fine. My friend bought a HRV here and the salesman is polite and answer many questions. But just not expect a good bargain...
