A Tilford Motors mechanic ran me over causing a compound fracture to my arm amongst other injuries. This was over five years agao. Still no apology. What makes it even worse is they did it in a customer's car....... When I contacted them on FB they blocked me.......
Rang the service team for a recall due to an airbag and decided to get other things checked , and was promised a loan vehicle not only was there no loan vehicle for me my profile had not been updated so nothing was done with the other things I wanted checked, pretty piss poor management, also made me miss other appointments
Unreliable mechanics sales staff give false info dealership sold us a $28000 car with unroadworthy tyres. Advertised car as having reverse camera but car not have one at all. Was told by service dept tyres were good but had puncture went to tyre dealer who told me tyres were illegal not roadworthy. Extremly dissapointed with tilfords as ex employee thought get better treatment.
