Did my timing with them. they didn't have the tools and tired charging me for getting them. Left air in the cooling system twice! and filled the wrong coolant (not with accordance to manufacturer instructions) !Do not service your car there, the manager was rude in person and on the phone when i refused to buy their tools for them. The only decent person I was in contact there was Blair (if it wasn't for his professionalism it would have been even worse).

Terrible service, I have had to use these guys for the airbag recall three times. Booking issues I booked on line.. no co formation no booking when I arrived.. I was booked in for the second air bag recall in hobart, I get their and I'm told I have to go to Derwent park... a good half an hour extra in traffic.. Every time there has been an issue, all management ignore emails and complaints. I will not use these guys, I own 7 cars and a couple of subarus that potentially could be serviced there.., The crew are ignorant and there is a massive communication break down along the line.. terrible is all I can say and stay away..
Very disappointed in customer service. The lady at the service department was just rude in talking to me over the phone and basically hang up on me just because I decided there was not really much point to take the car to their place for diagnostics. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone either buying or servicing vehicle. I will also send the feedback about this dealer to the car manufacture.
