Lady at the reception is good to deal with but manager could brush up on his customer skills e.g. by not hanging up the phone on people. Have had a mixed level of service in dealing with them over the years. Were better two or more years back.
Convienent for shopping when getting car fixed.

They always inform me of maintenance or repairs upcoming and always quote before starting any work. Highly recommended.
