We have been lucky enough to have experienced brilliant service from Tony and his staff on a number of occassions, the most recent being the other day when the pearl on my 30th Anniversary present ring had fallen out and unfortunately lost. It was an unusual shape and therefore left an odd shape to be filled. Tony found a pearl to fit in perfectly, and in fact, the ring looks even better than it did originally!We have purchased jewellery from Tony before, and have had several pieces altered with him, always very pleased with the results.Thankyou Tony and staff- you will be highly recommended to all our family and friends !Helen and Andrew
AVOID at all costs I Would give minus stars if I could took my watch to have a new battery and pressure test quoted $85 received a phone call telling me it needed a new module cost was $400 picked up and took to watchmaker a few doors down he recognised the watch as for love of gold take watches to him and put nearly $300 on top of what the watchmaker charges the most unscrupulous jeweller ever disgusting human
I had a ring resized which belonged to my mother. It has great sentimental value, and I was thrilled with the result when it was finished. Thank you so much, I got teary when putting on the ring as it brought back so many memories. We also had our engagement and wedding rings made here, and I strongly recommend their high quality work. and professional, friendly manner. Definitely a positive experience each time Ive visited.

Tony and his team are a welcome resource for 'serious jewellery' shoppers who require meticulous attention to detail to valuable and sentimental pieces. I have purchased predominantly estate items directly, as well as taking all my jewellery requiring service, resizing or repair to Tony for several years since moving from Melbourne. Specialty dress jewellery items outside of 'standard' stock lines have been happily sourced on my behalf. On occasion I've had to wait a little while for work to be completed (typically peak times of year) but the fact that there are so many customers entrusting their items to the team is in itself a testament to the quality of their work.
