Metal Urges were wonderful with fantastic customer service and a gorgeous final product. I had a diamond ring I wanted altered into something else and working with Chris and his team couldn't have made the process easier. They changed it from an ill-fitting uncomfortable ring to a beautifully engraved pendant that makes me so happy when I wear it.They were also wonderful with my little 8 month old boy who was with me at all the consultations, and even helped me carry my pram downstairs. (Prams are hard and assistance is always much appreciated.)The follow up was also lovely from their customer service team.
I asked Metal Urges if they could make something fabulous for me for my birthday. The piece they created far more than exceeded my expectations. I was involved with the entire process, from ideas to the final product, and watching the piece come to life was incredible.
