Disappointing product quality and lifespan, as well as a dubious faulty stock policy left me really disgruntled- plus I was shocked the Store Manager couldnt act upon a faulty product without Head Office approval. I liked the designs and was really happy to be able to support a Tasmanian Company (as I had on numerous occasions), but Ill now be taking my custom elsewhere.
I had a bad experience This store tried to make transaction from my credit card . Card is with me and I am in Middle East . I never visited Australia and I dont have any friends from Australia. If its someone else did from the store then without seeing bank card ,without swiping how the store can accept payment? I am sure this store supported this illegal transaction. I dont know how these guys get my card and details. I already did the legal process.

Very friendly and helpful service. Came in to purchase my girlfriends present and the staff were great! Knew exactly what I needed to buy. Walked out the diamond veuve ring and she loved it. Great pricing for what it was and even better quality! Would highly recommend this local company!
