The staff were friendly, the rooms, kitchen, lounge room amenities ect were all keeped clean. It was a cheap place to stay (sharing room) if you having someone in hospital
Easy to find on busy downtown street from Skybus. Close to museums and waterfront. Good number of private bathrooms/showers. Liked the staff run platypus tour on Monday night. Locked luggage room. Very small kitchen, no air conditioning so sleeping with windows open brings in a lot of road noise and music from pub just below rooms at night. No lockers in dorm rooms to secure personal items. Tv room drywall plaster hanging from ceiling. One person at reception to check in everyone coming in from tours on busy Saturday evening. There is a staff person always on site but reception closes at 10pm.

Didn't stay, but used their baggage storage services. Perfect if you have a flight in the afternoon or evening. They charged $2 per bag for guests or $5 per bag for non guests and were open from 8am. Very friendly and secure, highly recommend.
Fantastic location, bit of noise from pub on ground floor next door. Quiet by 10pm
