Stayed in the premium waterfront suite for 3 nights of our honeymoon. Modern designed hotel. Cozy and spacious room. Superb service. Friendly and polite staff. Loved the butler service. This is one of the best places to stay we have ever experienced! Not only is it well located and with very stylishly appointed (premium) rooms and welcoming spaces, but the staff were exceptional. They were friendly not just to us but to each other and gave the impression it was a positive and enjoyable working environment. We loved the food and wine, great breakfast and delightful views but it was mainly the lovely staff that made it a place we definitely want to return to. Thanks!
This place has nailed it. Great location, excellent staff, and spacious well furnished rooms. Complimentary parking valet service is a nice feature. Only negative is the gym is small / hot and could be improved.
Loved it. Staff pleasant. Check in hassle free. Comfortable big rooms but beds a bit soft. The views are glorious. Breakfast yummy. Valet parking attendants were friendly, accommodating and efficient! Enjoyed our stay immensely!
Just spent 2 nights to celebrate our 30th anniversary. What a fabulous place to stay. The staff were all wonderful. The facilities exceptional. THE most comfortable bed. Loved all the stories...all so very interesting. Even though we are locals we didn't want to leave. We were made feel very special. Can't recommend Macs 01 enough.
