Highly recommend Nat and the Downton team. We purchased a property and have since had 2 properties managed by them for rental purposes. Their property management services in particular are exceptional. We have complete peace of mind knowing that the houses are being managed professionally.
Can't recommend from my experience generally. I'd put a review on this page before stating I didn't find their service very good with details of reasons and as a consequence the email response I received in my inbox which i've now removed. Not because it wasn't accurate but because it obviously angered the owner who appears to not wish to process the feedback. I received an email from Nat Downton outraged that I criticised their business and included is this quote from her email "You obviously have every right to review my business.. in turn I will review yours and perhaps that in regards to recommendations you might also not be the right person." Nice adult response there. Criticise me and i'll criticise you on your business that i've never consulted with! Steering clear of this real estate agency for good. Update. Today a hidden facebook review was put on my business facebook page by Nat Downton (who has never consulted with me in my business, only had a few phone and email conversations) slandering me for this review and blocking me so I didn't know it was there, however it was seen by someone who respects me and they told me about it. I have blocked Nat Downton from my profile now as this is nasty behaviour and only supports the instability I am speaking about. I recommend Jane Donoghue of Elders Real Estate as exemplary to deal with, so I am not sure why I have been attacked. Not good service as a customer to find this response in a business. I wish you all well in future. Please respect people Nat and prosper your business without taking an adversarial stance. Blessings.

Just settled the sale of a property using Nat...from start to finish her service and attention to detail where fantastic! She earned every cent of her commission! Will certainly use and recommend her for future property deals! Thank you Nat!
