"'Reference is to EIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT", Not the sales.Yep, it can't get any worse than EIS property "management". As a property owner who entrusted my property with them, I am disgusted in their lack of standards. It cost me thousands to repair the damage done to my unit, and they denied all responsibility. The few inspections that 'were' actually done, were substandard and reckless. Filthy, is one word to describe how my property looked after their 'care'. An 'absolute' waste of money paying EIS to do a job that was very obviously not done. Save yourself a lot of heartache and money, and don't use EIS. I just noticed,that all the positive five star comments were all done at the same time?? (a year ago)Also, it is about the same time that I was accused for doing that exact thing by their 'lawyer!' I obviously had no need to drag others into making comment on my behalf You only have to read the reviews to see that they have done 'nothing' to improve their reputation.EIS, may I suggest that Instead of threatening your past clients with yourlawyer, take the constructive criticism, and make some much needed improvements to your standards and your staff, as that is where your problems stem from. Interesting that none of the positive reviews have any likes? Just putting it out there.Oh, a bit poor when relatives of the agents have to write a positive reviews too SO obvious its embarrassing.
Would NOT recommend!!!They do not respect their tenants and are very rude when it comes to inspections. They nit pick and find any excuse to evict tenants who have done nothing but respect the rules of the lease agreement and keep the property in A1 condition. My partner was evicted for having a trash pack in the driveway
