absolutely useless in looking after properties, switched over to some one else. did not last 2 months with their stupidity.i asked for a delay of 2 weeks for the repairs so i could pay the morguage that month. it has been like it for over 4 years the way it was. it was immediately replaced by the next real estate and bill invoiced and payed following month like i asked. now thats real property management.
While Danica from Fall was able to find us fantastic tenants, the property management team fell apart within 6 months. Being both understaffed and of dubious quality, I voiced my concerns to the Managing Director who shut me down. Within a week I received a group email from the head of the property management team informing clients that they were appointing new rental management staff. An unlikely coincidence and cause for immediate cancellation of our contract with Fall. I do not much care for hypocrites or liars.TLDR - useful for tenant screening but property management is contemptuous and $#!+. Look elsewhere.
Treat tennants badly, like they are scum.Dont rent from them.........terrible
I've rented with a fair share of Real Estate agents and for me it's really important I find one that I get along with. I walked into fall Real Estate North Hobart and spoke with a few of the team and I notice every one was really helpful and positive. You can tell everyone loves their job and are passionate about their clients. Can't say the same for previous agents I've spoken too.
