Great way to treat ourselves after the Three Capes Track. After days of dehydrated food and water, this was an oasis with generous portions and a terrific wine selection. Great service and centrally located.
Would give four stars but for what you are paying you should get more. I feel like I am paying more to be there. Go to Shamrocks.

Great pub. Didn't sample the food but it certainly looked and smelled good! Good selection of beers. Lovely wood fire. Irish music playing the few times I went, including live music. Lovely atmosphere.
Very accommodating, interesting menu, great food and live music. What more can you ask from a pub? Turned up as a group on Sunday night, greeted warmly and nothing was too much trouble, we were even able to split the bill. Can't recommend this hotel enough.
