Went in to hire a car but the rate and terms of the rental were much worse than the online offer so ended up in the bizarre situation of standing in their reception area making an on-line booking. Staff were not interested in matching the on-line terms. Very strange. Apart from that, the car was fine and the pick-up and drop-off was easy.
This Hertz has great service. Good choice of cars & also have an offer for Krisflyer members.Had an accident with our initial car and they changed us to another car immediately. And after the trip they followed up pretty quickly on the matter.
Left a very important USB in the vehicle, called straight away to let them know. No call back or response after speaking with someone at the desk
