Great service and nice car. My advice is not to rent the GPS. It was old and flaky. Just download the map of the area on Google Maps. Much more reliable and costs nothing.
We booked a Nissan Qashqei but were given a Mitsubishi ASX. While I understand the booking is for a category of car as opposed to a specific make/model, it was the staff members abrupt response that Hertz has never had a Nissan Qashqei onsite that annoyed us. If thats the case, perhaps you should take it off the website so your customers can expect to get a Mitsubishi ASX.
